Dan Lephoko's work, as evidenced by his publications and contributions, centers on the intersection of theological study, particularly within the context of the Assemblies of God in South Africa, and the practical application of those teachings through preaching and teaching.
prosperity theology vs theology of sharing approach
Theologians are split into two groups: those who embrace prosperity theology and those who oppose it; both sides on scriptural grounds. Those criticising it embrace cessationism in its diversity, while its supporters are mainly found among Pentecostals and Charismatics, who are continuationists. CHURCH MINISTERS WORKSHOPS
Church Planting and Growth Dynamics
Church Planting and Church Growth are two sides of the same coin. Every Church leader is called to plant and grow churches in obedience to the Great Commission by pulling together resources: gifts, talents, skills, expertise and by equipping every church member for dynamic meaningful participation in God's mission to the world. Christian education is everything the Church does to expand the Kingdom of God on earth. It involves teaching, training, and development of children and young people during their formative stages of life, supported and promoted by visionary Church leadership.
